Welcome! Why I Became an Intimacy, Sex, and Relationship Coach

Hi there, and welcome! I’m Alexia, and I’m thrilled to introduce myself as an intimacy, sex, and relationship coach. My journey to this work has been anything but conventional, but each step along the way has brought me closer to what truly lights me up—helping others experience deeper connection, love, and self-discovery.

For the majority of my career, I worked in sports marketing, a fast-paced and dynamic world that taught me a lot about communication, teamwork, and understanding people’s needs. But there was always something more calling me. While I loved the creative energy of my career, I was simultaneously spending over a decade dating and navigating the complexities of relationships. Through my own experiences, I encountered firsthand the many hurdles we face when it comes to intimacy and connection.

During those years, I learned something vital—what we all crave at the core is to feel truly seen, understood, and heard. And that’s something I’ve always loved offering to others. Whether in my professional work or personal life, making people feel safe, valued, and cared for has always been my guiding force. I realized that helping people achieve that in their intimate lives was where my passion truly lies.

After extensive training in the Somatica Method and a deep dive into understanding intimacy and sexual wellness, I knew I wanted to be the person who helps others break through the walls that hold them back from the relationships they deserve. I’ve combined my professional background and personal insights to create a space where you can explore your desires, build confidence, and strengthen your connections without judgment.
